No. Points are always scoped to the retailer that issued them. Each retailer keeps an isolated balance, so points earned at one store can never be spent at another.
They can, if a retailer configures an expiry policy. When they do, our ledger uses FIFO — the oldest points are consumed and expire first — so everything stays fair and reconciled.
No. Earning is instant and frictionless — the retailer simply enters the bill and points are auto-credited. An OTP is only required when the customer redeems points, to keep redemptions secure.
Every customer carries a unique QR code in their portal. At the counter, the retailer scans it to identify the customer in about a second — no need to type a phone number.
Yes. SMS notifications run through switchable providers — MSG91, Twilio, Fast2SMS or Gupshup — so you can choose the gateway that suits your region and pricing.
